Welcome to the Mark Twain Elementary School website! Mark Twain Elementary is a fantastic K-6 school located in Kirkland, Washington serving approximately 550 highly valued children and families.
We have a dedicated and hardworking staff that has chosen to serve and work at Mark Twain because of their love of teaching and children as well as the strong sense of community that exists at our school. As a school community we pride ourselves in creating an environment that is student-centered, nurturing, organized, and challenging.
Mark Twain has a very active and involved parent community that provides generous support to our school in many ways. This support includes school and classroom volunteers; enrichment in the areas of literacy, science, mathematics, and the arts; and other extracurricular activities and events that enhance the experience and education of our students.
