ParentOrganizer Registration

Go to the website: www.parentorganizer.com

Click on the link: “Are you a parent who’d like to register?”

The “General Information” page will appear.

o Complete name, address, phone, & email fields; fields without asterisk are optional.

o Choose an Access Password; this is used to sign on to Parent Organizer.

o Choose a Signature Password; this is used ONLY for online payments or submitting forms requiring a signature. The “Yes” box must be checked.

o Choose Daily Reminder and/or Weekly Newsletter emails. If you do not have HTML format capability, choose the Text Only option.

o Select the number of family profiles for your account. You MUST ENTER 2 OR MORE PROFILES; one for a parent/guardian and one for each student.

o Complete Family Member Profiles section for the parent/guardian and each student.

When you are finished, click on the “Submit” button.

The “Individual Family Member Profile Set-Up” page will appear.

For the ADULT:

o Check the following boxes:

ü PTSA/Parent Group Information

ü Lake Washington School District PTA

ü Mark Twain Elementary PTSA

o Two more categories will appear in BOLD:

ü Committee: If you are thinking about joining a committee, check the corresponding box. Check as many boxes as desired. This DOES NOT commit you to volunteering; however you will receive information from the committee chair, which may include solicitation for volunteers. You can change your profile at any time to add/delete a committee choice.

Please Note: PTSA sponsored events such as the Skate Parties, Make It Take It, and Engineering Fair are OPEN TO EVERY TWAIN FAMILY, regardless of PTSA membership or committee involvement. Event notices will be sent to everyone.

ü Have a Student in the: Check all applicable grades.

For each CHILD:

o Check the following boxes:

ü School Information

ü Lake Washington School District

ü Mark Twain Elementary

o Answer the next two categories specifically for that child:

ü Grade: Check appropriate grade.

ü Teacher: Check appropriate teacher.

When you are finished, click on the “Submit” button. The Profile Set-up Page will appear for each family member.

Once your registration is complete, click on the “HELP” option at the bottom of the screen. The left border lists all of the ParentOrganizer features; click on a topic for detailed instructions.
