Run Fun Run Fundraiser Friday
October 12th, 2006 1:30 –3:00pm (for AM
Kindergarten: 10:45 am—11:15 am) Why do
we do it?? It is fun! It has
been a tradition at It
works...thanks to you, last year our
gross was about 20,000. Hooray! Kids
love the prizes, and to challenge themselves to see how many laps they can do! Ask family, friends,
neighbors, local businesses and your employer (to match the funds). Please take a moment to look through this
packet. It contains: Letter
for
you and your sponsors as to why to give.. List of prizes.
These are on display by the gym also. Pledge
sheet. Sponsors are encouraged to pledge a flat amount. Ribbet
Run schedule for Friday October 12th. Tax
receipts. Donations are tax deductible. Corporate
matching funds information sheet. Please remind all sponsors to
submit the necessary forms to their employer if they match donation to
non-profit organizations. Volunteer
sign up sheet. Prizes will be given only
after the pledge dollars are collected.
