| We have been implementing the Peace Builder program at Rose Hill Elementary for the last two years. All Rose Hill Elementary staff and students are an active part of the Peace Builder program, and we have been helping our school develop a common language and set of tools that increase the peace while reducing violence and enhancing learning.

Basic Principles
The four basic principles of the program are:
This school year 2001-2002, we are focusing on developing more advanced Peace Building skills. Plus, the "village" that is raising children to be Peace Builders will continue to grow, extending to parents and people in the community.
