Emergency Contact Information
Situations arise when it is crucial to contact parents and guardians, (illness, injuries, weather and other emergencies), therefore, it is very important that the office have current phone numbers for parents and emergency contacts.

If you plan to be out of town while your children are in school, please call the office with the following information: Your child's name, room number, person responsible for your children in your absence, their phone number, how long you will be gone and an out-of-town number to reach you.
