Technology
At Rose Hill, we provide students with a wide array of opportunities to incorporate technology into their classroom learning. Intermediate students take turns as Tech Assistants (Teckkies), attending weekly skill training sessions. They serve as peer instructors and classroom resources. Our efforts in technology, such as our Web page, expand to include students, parents and the general community.

Positive Recognition
There are several ways good efforts of students are recognized:

Praise Slips: Each Friday praise slips from classrooms are drawn. Staff members issue praise slips to students for cooperative behavior and service to school and fellow students. Their names are drawn in the office on Friday and their deed read over the intercom. Students then post their slips on the main hall bulletin board.

Patrol Treats: Students who have served on patrol for the week are invited to the staff room once a week after announcements for juice or hot chocolate.
