| Classroom Management Plan | |

1. Student will receive a verbal warning and put his/her name on the board. 2. Student will put the number 1 next to his/her name. 3. Student will put the number 2 next to his/her name and a phone call or letter will be sent to his/her parents. 4. Student will receive a Communication slip. For Repeated Behavior: Students that have repeated behaviors and/or have severe behavior issues will be put on a behavior plan.

My classroom behavior plan is for my classroom and I will use it when it applies. Our Student Management Plan lays out the school and district policies as they relate to student behavior and conduct here at school. My plan is secondary to any of the guidelines referred to in the Management Plan. If you have any question please feel free to contact me at any time. |
