I hope the information we have presented is informative and answers most of your questions.  Take time to view the menu items to the left of your screen.  Click on any of the menu items and hear why membership is so important to our children, parents, our schools and our communities.

Community members and business members can also join any of our local PTSA or PTA units.  By clicking on Find A PTSA you may recognize the name of a PTA near you!  And feel that you could offer them some extra help with their programs for their school community.  If you are interested, you can join a PTA by clicking on the Membership Form menu item.

We like to celebrate our PTSAs and PTAs and welcome the opportunity to applaud their hard work.  So we have a special page of Commendations.

The Board Member menu item is information for local unit board members and you must have a login and password.  This information will be emailed to all local unit presidents and membership chairs.  Board Member information includes Membership Marketing Resources, Information Sheets and Links to Membership Information on National and State PTA websites.

All PTA/PTSA checks must have two signatures of officers (not from same household).

All checks must be made payable to the Lake Washington School District PTSA Council 2.8

All checks must be mailed to our new address at the bottom of this screen (not to district address)

Please allow 48 hours for the mail.  We must receive your dues by the following deadline dates and no later.

Thursday, October 18, 2007 - Last day to give Local Unit Membership Remittance Form to your Treasurer

Tuesday, October 23, 2007 - Last day to mail Membership dues

Thursday, October 25, 2007 - Deadline

Friday, January 18, 2008 - Last day to give Local Unit Membership Remittance Form to your Treasurer

Wednesday, January 23, 2008 - Last day to mail Membership dues

Sunday, May 18, 2008* - Last day to give Local Unit Membership Remittance Form to your Treasurer

*Please note that at the end of May we have Memorial Weekend.  Do make allowances for this by submitting your remittance to your Treasurer and mailing your dues a week earlier than the May dates above if you plan to be away.
