Ladders of Support

	Start with the special education and/or general education teacher and/or school therapist
	School principal
	Special Services Learning Community Coordinator*
	Director of Special Education
	Superintendent
	Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction

The district divides the schools into learning communities based on the high school into which they feed. The four learning communities are: Eastlake, Juanita, Lake Washington and Redmond. Each learning community has a special services learning community coordinator.
