BIRTHDAY BOOK CLUB
Joining the Birthday Book Club is a great way to create a lasting memory for your family at Lakeview and endow the library with exciting new books. Look for the Birthday Book flyer that comes out the first of every month. It will be in your child's Friday packet. During the month of your child's birthday (or summer half birthday), Mrs. Georges will try and choose a new book that matches your child's interests. A bookplate will be placed inside the cover dedicating the book in your child's honor. The book is then presented to the student so that he or she can be first to read it before it is returned to the library collection for all to enjoy. A suggested donation is $20.00 per child and donations will be accepted at any time throughout the year and can also be used for Christmas, teacher's gifts and other celebrations.
