Rule 20: Follow the specific classroom protocols: *Do not get out of your seat without permission *Do not speak unless called upon, you are asking a question, your are contributing to group work, or it is recess or lunch *Keep your hands and feet to yourself *Follow directions the first time given *Stop, look, and listen when given the signal
Rule 21: You may bring a bottle of water to class, you may not leave for a drink of water during class
Rule 22: Know other teachers' names and greet them in the hall by name
Rule 23: Keep yourself and the bathrooms clean and germ-free
Rule 24: Greet visitors and make them feel welcome
Rule 25: Do not save seats in the lunchroom
Rule 26: On a bus, always face forward
Rule 27: Do not stare at a student who is being reprimanded
Rule 28: After lunch in the gym, on a field trip, or during a read-in, be responsible for your trash
Rule 29: When meeting new people, shake hands and repeat their names
Rule 30: When offered food, take only your fair share
Rule 31: If someone drops something and you are close to it, pick it up
Rule 32: Hold the door open for people rather than letting it close on them
Rule 33: On a field trip, enter a public building quietly
Rule 34: On a field trip, compliment the place you are visiting
Rule 35: When returning from a trip, thank each chaperone
Rule 36: If someone bumps into you, say excuse me, even if it was not your fault
Rule 37: During an assembly, do not speak or call out to friends
