How to Make Coffee for Mr. Coulter By Katarina and Hunter We are going to tell you how to make coffee. First, take out your coffee, coffee filters, and your coffee maker. Next, take your coffee pot, and fill it with water. We usually fill it to the four. Then, pour the water into the coffee maker. After that, put the coffee filter into the coffee maker, and fill it with coffee. Next, close everything on the coffee maker, so that you can start it. Then, turn the knob to the right, and make sure that the red light is on. Finally, find a coffee mug, and fill it with the made coffee. Last but not least, enjoy the coffee that you have successfully made! And that’s how you make coffee! Baxter and Minnie By Stephanie On Sunday, Ally and I were talking about how much longer Baxter is going to be alive. Baxter is Ally’s cat. We don’t want Baxter to die because she knew how hard it was for me when Scooter, Jasper, Buddy, Mimi, Spotty, Dotty, Shaggy, Twinkle, Baby, Caveman, and Minnie died. The vet said they might have to put Baxter to sleep really soon. Ally knows that Baxter won’t last that long. She misses Minnie a lot. Minnie is a cat that Ally used to have. Baxter and Minnie were in the same litter, but were separated because Minnie was bought 3 weeks before Baxter. Minnie died two years ago of a disease called black bug. I am not sure it is called that, Ally’s mom just calls it that. Well, anyway. Black bug is where the animal looks fine then on its nose it grows the black bug. The black bug looks black and red. It gets bigger and then the animal gets weak. Last you have to take the animal to the doctor and there are two choices: You can let the animal suffer or put the animal to sleep. They chose to put Minnie to sleep. It was very sad to watch.
The U.W. By Stephanie
I want to tell you about my field trip to the U.W. When we got to the U.W. we had to walk all the way to the Drumheller Fountain. The fountain was not on. We were surprised. We had looked at pictures of the Drumheller Fountain and it was so beautiful. It was still nice. We saw a shoe in the fountain. Gross! Then we went bowling. It was so fun. Kendall’s dad and Charlotte at least got one strike. I didn’t get any. But I didn’t care. We didn’t get to finish the game. Oh well. I had fun anyway. Last we had to go. It was sad. At least we got to take a Metro bus back to school. The bus number was 540. Mr. Coulter had talked about bus 540 before. Mr. Coulter said “The 540 is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cool.” When we got on bus 540 it was not as cool as Mr. Coulter said it was. But it was still fun riding in a small bus to school. That is all about my field trip to the U.W.
Spring Break By Soraya Me and my mom and dad, we went to Nashville and I got the best seat in the airplane. I played with my cousin’s game boy. After that I took a nap because I was very tired. When I woke up we were there. I was so happy in my whole life. I thought that I was dreaming. My uncle took us to a museum of Nashville, and my aunt is having a baby! We ate out sometimes. Then we had lunch. My aunt fell asleep by then. Then it was bed time.

“Excuse me, what’s your major?” “Thank you.” I said. Our class just passed the first building. Oh, I’m asking people what there majors are. Here comes a skate-boarder guy, “What’s your major?” Aerospace, cool!! On our way to the reading room, Charlotte and I found Justin Robins, the football player. It was awesome even though we I didn’t get his autograph. Then we also saw two basketball players. I got one’s autograph, the other had a class. Also, I saw another basketball player at University Bookstore. He had an ear pierce and he was about 6’2”. Finally, the Reading R☻☺m. At first I thought it was a sanctuary. There were about four of these incredible chandeliers and these scriptures on each side of the wall. We made out one of the scriptures but not the other. They had spines of books the size of this and we got to sit on these long tables. Overall it was a good trip!!!!!!! U.W. By Jasmin
When I woke up that morning I was so excited for the field trip. My mom woke me up at 7:00 and soon it was 8:45 time to leave the house for school. My mom was coming to the field trip. We were at the bus stop ready to go, the bus came. I really wanted to sit near the articulator but the boys got to sit there so I sat in the back with Alyssa, Kendall, and Chloe. We were dropped off and walked to the U.W. When we walked to the U.W. we went on a bridge. Vince (Kendall’s dad) said, ”that he jumped of that bridge.” I really thought that was not true but I do not know if it is or not. Soon we were in the U.W. We asked people what there major were. It is fun asking strangers what there major is because they don’t know who you are and you can pretend that your voice has a British accent. The first place we went to was the Hub. It was so, so, fun. We saw collage kids in the game room. There was a guy who was really, really, good at dancing. He was dancing on a dancing machine. We were bowling. When it was not my turn I would play a game from the arcade. When it was my turn I got my fingers stuck and Mr. Coulter had to get them out. After we went bowling we went straight to the Quad and ate. I had the yummiest sandwich ever, ham sandwich, my favorite, also I got chips, Lays. After we ate lunch we went to the prettiest reading room ever, with big windows. We saw famous people who played for the Huskies basketball team. We got their signature and everything. We went in the room it was so, so, pretty. Alyssa and I shared a book and took pictures. Then we left the biggest reading room ever. We went to meat Bax Martin. He talked about the mammoth that he found at our school, Lakeview Elementary. After that we went to a book shop. All of us walked to children’s chapter books. My mom got me math books. Then it was time to go to the bus stop. The bus came and I sat in the back again. Well that was the field trip. I wish every body had a great time.
U.W. By Katarina On March 30th, 2004, we went to the University of Washington. We had a lot of fun and I’m going to tell you some of the highlights. One of my favorite parts of the trip was bowling at the H.U.B. I got a strike and a lot of spares. I got embarrassed when the ball came off my fingers while I was swinging my arm back. OOPS! But I had a blast! My second favorite part of the trip was the Suzallo library’s reading room. I also liked the staircase because it was winding. When I was in the room I thought I was in a church. The 65 foot ceilings stain glass windows, and chandeliers gave this impression. That was awesome! Now you have heard all about my day at the U.W!
Our Trip to the University of Washington By Charlotte
I woke to my alarm, scurried out of bed, and ran downstairs. I was ready to go with my big lunch and I was “outta’ there”. When we were at the bus stop, which is right across from our school, we waited a long time for the bus to come. Finally it came……. After the long bus ride we got to our stop ON THE HIGHWAY! But we made it with a lot of life-risking moments. It was so cool when we got to the bridge, because it was up! When it finally came down it was fun ‘cause we got to walk across it. We asked a lot of people what there majors were, and it was so amazing to me how many different people have so many different majors! There was a lot of science, biology, art, music, law and much, much, much, more. My majors include Writing, Illustration, interior design, and politics! We saw Drum Heller fountain though it wasn’t on it was still cool there were socks and shoes in it and lots of junkL. Then we walked a ways and saw a huge crocodile skeleton! We entered the HUB. When we got downstairs it was so cool, there was air-hockey, and these people dancing on platforms and of course BOWLING!!! We played a great game! It was probably the best thing I’d ever done on a fieldtrip. The reading room was humongous! And it was sooooooooooo beautiful!!! The chandeliers, and the huge glass windows, it was 65 feet from floor to ceiling! WOW! Next, we went to the quad. It was beautiful in the quad all those pink, pink cherry blossoms you just wanted to pluck one off the tree and pop it in your mouth to see if they tasted nearly as good as they looked. We then went to see Bax Barton and he talked to us about the mammoth tusk that was found at our school during construction. (I got a few pictures). Then, we went to the U.W library and looked around at books. There were a lot! I helped mason decide to get one of the SERIES OF UNFORTUNATE EVENTS or ERAGON. Sadly then, we had to walk to the bus stop and got on the bus. Finally we headed home. It was a fabulous fieldtrip, and I can’t wait ‘till I go again!!!!
U.W. Trip By Cassie My class went to the U.W. and I am going to tell some things about it. We got on an articulated metro bus. Then we got off at the same spot were we got off on the Arboretum field trip. Than we walked to the U.W. from there. One of the things we did is go bowling. I only made two strikes but I wanted to make three strikes. I also made three spares. I had a good and I only get to go bowling three times a year. I really like the reading room. Because it’s really quiet and I saw a person sleeping. I read Trumpet of the Swan there. The reading room was sixty-five feel tall. And had stain glass windows. There were chandeliers hanging from the ceiling there were some people in the reading room besides us. I liked lunch. We ate at the Quad. I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I also had some grapes, some pop and chips. Now you know what I did at the U.W.
Spring Break By Chloe Today is April 19, 2004 and last week I went to a wedding. And then I went to the re-union and it was boring Then I went and the next day was Easter! And my cousins picked me up and took me to her house in Gig-Harber and me and my cousin went on her trampoline and then we were walking in the wood’s and I found a snail with a purple shell and I picked it up and named it Hermy and put it on the trampoline. Hermy kept on falling of the trampoline he gets out of his shell and falls off. Then we went to the house on Sunday and came home on Wednesday. Then I went to Olivia’s house and we had a garage sale at 8:00 in the morning. We had a stand and had two chairs in the back for me and Olivia we had coffee and muffins in the morning. Then later in the day me and Olivia had a lemonade stand it was really good. Here are the prices. 1. Lemonade 25 cents and if you buy a glass you get 2 free candy’s. There was a big bole of candy. Rice Krispy’s where 25 cents. And a nickel for 4 lickerish’s. And cookies 25 cents!
Spring Break By Jasmin I am going to tell you about my Spring Break, here I go. Just to tell you that my Spring Break was sort of boring. Sunday, I went to my Aunts house for Easter. It was fun but all we did was, eat, talk, eat, talk, and again, eat. My Aunt had an Easter hunt. There were only 14 eggs that she hidden. I found six eggs, my brother found seven eggs, last but not least Cindy my friend that came with us found 1 egg. We went in side and opened the eggs they were filled with old skittles. I knew they were old because they tasted old. April 15, was my moms friends birthday. I went out with them to eat at Cuchina ,Cuchina. After, we ate all of us went to the mall to look around. My friend got a shirt from Gap, in the middle of the shirt it says, Paris. When we were done looking around the mall they dropped me off at my house. That was all I did that was fun for me. All the rest of the days I just stayed home. Well that was my Spring Break. J
Getting Stitches By Kendall One day I was at recess at my old school called Cedar Park Christian School. Anyways when it was over I was dribbling a ball and someone was chasing me and accidentally tripped me. I fell on this wood platform and I hit my head. Then I opened my eyes and wiped my head with my hand and then I looked at my hand and I saw BLOOD! I asked my friend if it was bleeding and she said, “Yes.” Then I said, “Would you go get the recess teacher for me?” She said, “Yeah, sure.” They rushed me to the health room. While the recess teacher was rushing me there was another teacher going to get her kids from recess and she said, ”Do you want me to tell the nurse and tell her what happened?” and to get all of the people out of the health room because the health room is really small. So anyways she said yeah sure I would appreciate that a lot. So she told all of the kids to get out and they couldn’t stay in there and watch me. They told everybody to get out and when they rushed me into the room I saw all of the kids running out and everybody was staring at me. And then they cleaned me up and there was blood every where on my pants, and my shirt, and my coat. It was crazy and there was even blood on the cement out on the play ground. They called my mom and said Kendall had an accident on the playground then my mom said,” Well, what happened?” They said just hurry over to the school t is really bad and they hung up and then my mom called back and said tell me what happened and the nurse said here talk to the principle and then the principle picked up the phone and said hello and my mom said tell me what happened to Kendall in a rushed voice and the principle said Kendall cracked open her head and she said ok I will be there in 5 minutes and my mom was at work and she was speeding on the road I was surprised she didn’t get a ticket anyways if she wasn’t there in about 3 minutes I would have to get rushed in a ambulance! Then when I got to the hospital I saw my dad and he was signing a piece of paper out. Then the nurse came and said follow me and when I got to the room that I was supposed to go in they unwrapped the tape that my school had put on my head and they could see my SKULL! My was dad and mom were surprised that they could actually stitch it up it was so thick. The next day when I got in class walked up to my desk and there was a pile of cards on my desk it was cool and there was flowers and candy bars and they all said are you ok? I said yeah I am fine don’t worry about me and they said can I see your stitches because there was a band aid on it and I said maybe later because I wasn’t supposed to take it off until my parents our there just in case I don’t get hurt again and when my parents came I took it off and they said oh my gosh that is so bad I said yeah but at least they could actually stitch it they said why they almost couldn’t I said no they saw my SKULL! They said yeah right then my dad said we really could so then they believed it because my parents were there and they even approved it so then they went every where and start telling people I said uhh and then I said dad can we go he said yeah but first we have to wait for Kaely who is my sister I said ok and when my sister got to the car she said what happened to Kendall to my dad he said she cracked open her head she hasn’t seen it yet because she was at a camp with my school and then she opened the door and said are you ok I said yeah I am fine and my sisters friend named Shelby was there because we were going to take her home from the camp at our school. Anyways we took her home and then we met my mom at a restaurant in Kirkland called and when we got in there everyone was staring at me I was so embarrassed. Then we went back to my house and I helped my dad wash his car and while I was washing the car my friend came by my house and gave me some flowers and a Hershey’s chocolate bar except for I didn’t eat it for a few days.
The Bully and the Birthday By Jasmin Once upon a time there was a girl named Judy. Her birthday was in four days. She was so excited. Judy was going to make her invitations today, after school. She woke up. Her mom was in the kitchen making breakfast. Judy got dressed. Judy wore her blue t- shirt that had a purple heart in the middle of the shirt. It was her favorite shirt. Then Judy put on her jeans. Judy went down stairs she had fruit, pancakes and bacon. Yummy. The bus came Judy said “Mom I am going “. Judy’s mom said, “Okay“. There she was Judy’s bully. Judy had a bully, her name was Molly. Molly really liked Judy and wanted to be her friend so she started bullying Judy. Today was student store. Judy brought two dollars. Student store is like a place to buy school supplies. She wanted to get crayons. Molly said, “Do you have anything good?” Judy said, “No”. Molly reached in Judy’s pocket. She pulled out her two dollars and left. Judy went to her best friend Cody. Cody said, “Was it her”? Judy said “Yup.” Cody knew everything about me. He knows about Molly. He said “Why do you let her do that”? Judy said, “Because umm… I do not know.” Cody said “Well just stay away from Molly. “Judy said “Okay.” When school was over she went home. She made her cards, they looked like this.

RSVP * 425 * 4876* Judy thought it was the best birthday party ever. Now Judy had to pick the people for her party. Her mom said, “You can only invite 10 people “. Judy said “Okay, here is the list. 1. Cody 2. Jessie 3. Charlotte 4. Alyssa 5. Chloe 6. Amy 7. Jackie 8. Abby 9. Emily 10. Judy did not know who the 10th person would be. She did not know. The next day she passed her invitations out to all of the people on the list. Judy still did not know who the 10th person should be. Judy thought about it when she was going to sleep. Molly knew that Judy had a birthday party coming up. Molly really wanted to go to the party. Molly said, “So, you have a birthday coming up”? Judy said, “Yes”. Molly walked away sadly. Cody went up to Judy. Cody said, “I think that Molly likes you and wants to be your friend. You should invite Molly.” Judy said, “NO…..Oh, O.K. Fine,“ Judy sighed. When school was over, Judy said to her mom, “I know who to invite.” Judy’s mom said “Who?” Judy said “Molly.” The next day Judy gave Molly the invitation. Molly was smiling. Molly was so excited. She was nice to Judy all day!! Judy’s birthday came and Judy had a new good friend.
My Dog Silver By Katherine I have a dog named Silver. This month on February 28 will be my dog's first birthday. He is turning 1 year old and he is growing fast. Silver is one of my best friends in the world and he is the nicest friend in the world too. We never get into fights. In two weeks on Saturday there will be a Italian greyhound play day. And Silver will come and he will play with other Italian greyhounds. Silver will have so much fun I will also have so much fun watching and meeting other Italian greyhounds and meeting other people who own Italian greyhounds as pets.
Monk And Hip Hop! By: Hunter Once upon a time there was a monkey and his name was Monk and he had a good friend named Hip Hop and Hip Hop was a frog. Monk and Hip Hop had always carried a skateboard around. They used to skateboard around in a hotel called Embassy Suites. Hip Hop decided to go to a store called Pets Entertainment to get a new fancy skateboard, because there old one was getting old and worn out. So he pounced in the subway and off he went. He was relaxing when he noticed that he was going in the wrong direction and that he couldn’t turn back. Well he didn’t panic much; he waited till the subway came to a stop. When it did he got off and started to explore. When Monk heard what happened to Hip Hop he knew he had to find him. Monk Found Hip Hop in a hotel just like Embassy Suites. Monk wanted to leave but Hip Hop didn’t. So the next day monk decided to leave without Hip Hop. On Monk’s way back home he got into a skateboard accident. Monk got hurt really really bad. He had to go to the Animal Hospital. As soon as Hip Hop heard what had happened, he rushed there. Hip Hop wanted to comfort Monk. Finally Monk recovered but he was still really ill. As the days passed Monk got sicker and sicker. One day it happened Monk had passed away. Hip Hop was devastated. So were all there friends. After the funeral Hip Hop went to the park sad and lonely. When a girl named savanna came up and said hi. Hip Hop said hi back. And before they new it they were best friends just like Hip Hop was with Monk. Mr. Coulter By Stephanie Yesterday I hit Mr. Coulter in the back while playing tether ball. I didn’t mean to hit him on the back but he was standing right in the middle of the tether ball court. It was hard to tell if he was in the tether ball court or not. So I took a chance and I hit him in the back on accident. Subbies By Katherine There is these dogs named Subbies. There are new subbies that came out in Toysurus. I have the 1’s collection now I need to buy the 2’s and 3’s collection. I hope there is a Italian greyhound dog and also have a Gream Shepherd dog. I can’t wait till I buy my new subbies. So they can meet my old subbies. I hope they will make friends. I know they are good dogs. I will get very good subbies there is in the world because .I love dogs so much! No matter what breed she or he is .On Friday or Thursday. I asked my dad if we could go to toysurus but we didn’t go. I told that to my mom but she said why didn’t you tell me then she said maybe next weekend we will go. Peter Paper Clip Fingers By Jacob Reddinger I was at work when I got called to a job. My boss gave me the address and I went there. When I got to the house, I knew exactly where I was. I was at the house of Peter Paper Clip Fingers. I knew what I had to give him an interview on tape. So I walked up to the house and knocked on the door. There was no answer. Then I realized that the door was open, so I went in. I searched for a while until I saw some thing in a dark corner. It was him. I went up to him and then he stood up, and started walking toward me. When he got in to the light he said “hello” but didn’t stop walking toward me. Suddenly he stopped so I turned the camera on then I looked at his hands he was rising them towards the camera and said “cupcakes!” “No no thanks” I said. Then I sat down and started interviewing him he said that the corner that I found him in he had spent most of his time hiding from the world. I asked him why he hid from the world even though I knew the answer he said exactly what I thought he would say he said “my fingers.” Then he asked “would you like to know how it happed”? I said “yes, I would” then he started. It all began when I was having a sleep over with my friends we where playing truth or dare. It was not my turn and my friend whispered in to the others friend’s ear, I didn’t hear what he said but the one word I did catch was paper clips. Then we went to get root beer and then go to bed I was the only one who really fell asleep. While I was asleep they used really, really sticky glue and glued paper clips to each and every my fingers when I woke up I saw what had happened and then I waded for them to wake up and when they did I was really mad I said “see, see what you did!” So I picked up the root beer bottle and then I whacked them on there heads and in the stomachs and then I stabbed them with the paper clips. Then I hid the bodies thinking some one might come looking for them. “Would you like to know where I hid the bodies?”“Ya sure”. “I hid the bodies under blanket” Now would you like to too see the bodies?” “Ok” and I saw the bodies under the blanket and I even got it on tape. Clonk, I was hit on the head with a root beer bottle and then stabbed with a paper clip and the last words I heard where The Rath Of Peter Paper Clip Fingers Continuous. Silver and Blackie By Katherine Down in the dark downtown Seattle, there lived many stray dogs and cats. There in downtown Seattle there lived a dog named Silver, a gray Italian Greyhound. Silver was a boy. There also lived a girl Italian greyhound that was black. Her name was Blackie. They lived in a junkyard. Outside was dark, cold and scary for the dogs. They wished that they had a home so bad. The two Italian greyhounds lived with some other dogs that don’t trust people. One of the dogs that don’t trust people told a story about why he doesn’t trust people. So he started the story “. At night on the coldest day of the year, I was at my owner’s house. My new owner had a son, so I was a present to him. He hated dogs so they threw me out and I found them… One dog said, “STOP TALKING.”” I hear and smell a truck. It might be a dogcatcher “.So then he said “HIDE FAST”. The dogcatcher said, “I see a dog “.” I must catch him, but how can I get in?” One dog went outside. The dogcatcher caught the dog that was outside. He also got all the dogs outside and people bought them all. The two Italian greyhounds got sold to a nice Lady and then the two dogs had babies.
Disneyland By R.J. This summer I went to Disneyland it was really awesome. When we got on the airplane it took us two and a half hours to get there. Once we did get there we checked into our hotel and went to the swimming pool and played for hours. When we were done we went to downtown Disney to the shops and to eat we had a great first day! The second day we went to Disneyland and I was to excited to go so we got dressed and we were off .We pretty much scored on all the rides. I liked the roller coasters a lot and the really fast rides they were all good though. I got a corndog the day was fun but very long. At nighttime there were freaky monkeys dancing in neon colors. Me and my mom went on Thunder mountain railroad at nighttime and then the park was closed and it was a spectacular day! The next time we went to Disneyland was in a few days span. But when we did go we didn’t get to go on as much rides. Four of my all-time favorites are Indiana Jones, Thunder mountain railroad, Matter Horn Mountain, and Splash Mountain. All of them have a really good breeze and you get wet on two. Well that’s it for Disneyland but me and my family had a great summer!
The Hen House
By Cassie Garman One warm summer Farmer Dutton was working on a hen house because the hens didn’t have a place to live on the farm. Two weeks have passed since the hens were living on the farm. The names of the hens are Rebecca, Audrey and Amber. That night Rebecca the hen hears a noise and she got up from her nest and went to go see what it was but there was nothing there. When Rebecca was about ready to come back she heard Audrey scream AHAHAH! But it was only a little spider. When Rebecca went back to her nest all her eggs were there but one. When Farmer Dutton came to get the eggs there was one missing SO Farmer Dutton said, “I know that there was five eggs yesterday and there are only four today”. “If this happens again I will sleep in the hen house.” The next day Farmer Dutton went to get the eggs but there were no eggs. He looked everywhere. But he didn’t find one little piece of an egg. That night he slept in the hen house. And he woke up to a little noise and it was a fox. Farmer Dutton kicked him to China while the hens were trying to peck the fox.
The Secret key By Mason Gray Ring, ring ,ring. Now remember kids we’re on chapter twelve in our math books tomorrow . This is when it all started, when I was walking home from school with my dog Moca. Then I saw a box on the sidewalk, that held a game inside with the letters T.T. carved into it. I picked it up then ran home with Moca. My mom asked me if I had a good day witch I always do, then that is when I ran up stairs into my room, shut the door then opened the box. There were no directions, so he set up the game board and rolled the dice. Nothing happened, then he turned around to turn his T.V. on, but it was gone, his X box was too. Then he looked at the game board and read the center of the board , it said What is black , people fear it , and it grows , he had know clue what it was, he fluked science class today which could have had the answer. Then he remembered his solar system report, he thought for a moment, then whispered “a black hole” quickly he called his best friend Jordan, ring ,ring , ring” hello who is” “Mrs. Michel is Jordan there” “yes he”…”AAAAH” “wait a second Joe” I wondered what was happening for a second, then I remembered about the black hole. I ran down stairs, and asked my mom if I could ride my bike to Jordan’s house, she said no, but I did it any way. I arrived at Jordan’s about five minuets later. Nock, nock, nock, “who is it” “it’s me, Joe” “ok come in” “where’s Jordan” “he’s up stairs in his room” “ ok , thanks”. I ran up stairs to Jordan’s room and shut the door behind me. “What happed, I herd you scream when I was talking to”...”Joe come, here, WHAT’S THAT”. Then I ran over to the window and peered out, and then I saw It, how big it really was. The black hole was huge; sooner or later that hole would swallow the whole town. I though for a moment, then I told him, “Jordan come here for a second I, I need to tell you some thing, then I said it, Jordan I, I need to tell you something, the black hole came from my board game. Then Jordan and I rushed back to my house, a” Jordan this is the game it came from. Two Friends
One day Mannie and Tucker, a dog and a bush baby, decided to take a ride on their gas powered scooters around Central Park. Their parents said, “Yes, of course.” They started both their scooters and were off. When they were together they were sort of an odd pair. People in the park were even giggling at them. They were having a merry old time. But then Mannie heard a crash. He panicked. It was Tucker! “Are you alright?” said Mannie. “Yes,” said Tucker, but Mannie had let go of his scooter and Tucker broke his. They felt horrible. They didn’t know what to do. Just then Mannie had an idea. “How much money do you have Tucker?” “Twenty dollars,” answered Tucker. “Me too,” Mannie said. “Let’s take the subway,” Mannie said. “Good idea” said tucker. And they were off once again. They were the last two people on. They felt they did the right thing. All they had to do was tell their parents. When they got home their parents were glad they were alright, and weren’t mad at all.
