It is 1597. The Theatres in London have been closed due to an outbreak of the plague. There have been no new cases reported for two months. Write a letter to Queen Elizabeth PERSUADING her to open the Theatres. Use both emotional and logical arguments. Base your letter on FACTS about the time. Be highly respectful to the Queen! This essay is in a letter format with a minimum of five paragraphs (intro, body, body, body, conclusion).
