	Mission Statement
	If success is a mountain, then there must be several paths to the peak. Many begin the journey on the well-worn, traditional high school path. Others, having fallen behind the pack, need a straighter, individualized path to reach the summit. A steeper incline is always more difficult, making extra support necessary. Futures School is these students' walking stick.

	The Futures School's mission is through clear, consistent and rigorous learning goals to sustain a positive alternative learning environment where students become inquisitive, engaged and self-confident individuals who take ownership of their experiences while striving toward excellence in their future.
