Process

1.Determine which character you will be and what Fairy tale you were in. You may choose from any of the following:

Peter Rabbit	Little Red Riding Hood	Cinderella
Jack and the Beanstalk	Snow White	Princess and the Pea
The Ugly Duckling	Gingerbread boy	Three Billy Goats Gruff
Puss n Boots	Rapunzel	Goldilocks and the 3 Bears

2.Locate a copy of your fairy tale, either from a book or online.

3.Mrs. Sandbo will assign partners. Read your fairy tales with your partners.

4.Take notes from your fairy tale. What are the three events you want to include? Who else is involved?

5. Write your rough draft for your letter. Remember, you want your partner to feel and see what you do. That means lots of adjectives! Click on the evaluation link at the bottom of this page to make sure you have answered all of the required questions.

6. Proofread and revise your letter.

7. In Microsoft Word, type your letter to your friend. Remember, you must log in first and save it. Spell check your work. Make sure it is in letter form. Save before printing!

8. Turn your letter in to your teacher's box
