Kathy Pazaski grew up in
Bellevue and attended the
University of Washington. She majored in Psychology and Sociology and
then went on to earn her teaching certificate from the U.W in 1985. In 1993 she finished her Masters of Teaching
degree from City
University and then added her Library
Endorsement in 1996. She began teaching in the
Lake Washington School
District in 1985 while doing her student teaching
in a fourth grade classroom. Kathy
taught sixth grade for ten years before
moving to a Library
position. She was part of the staff that
opened Blackwell Elementary in 1998 and loves working at Blackwell.
Mrs. Pazaski is married and has twin
daughters who are starting high school.
She lives by Pine
Lake on a small “farm”
with six chickens, a dog, and a cat! She loves to travel and had a wonderful time
exploring Canada with
her family this summer. She also enjoys
digital photography, reading, music, skiing, gardening and walking her
dog.
