I am looking forward to a great year! My objective is to create the environment that will stimulate curiosity and inspire critical thinking.

Reminders:

Here is the list of things that need to be sent back to school. In addition you will find applications for free and reduced lunch, Operation School Bell, school calendar, parent student handbook, and other important information.

School Supplies	ASAP	Please see the list provided and make sure your child has everything they need. If you need help let me know.
Directory Information withhold form (beige)		This form is only required if you want to withhold information directory information
Emergency Notification Form (yellow)	ASAP	required
Medical Alert (Pinkish Salmon)	ASAP	This is required if your child has any special alerts for the nurse. You can check no, and return it if you want to.
Volunteer Form (Blue)		This is my form for finding classroom volunteers, when you return this I will send home the release form for district approval.
Survey from teacher (blue)	9-6	This helps me get to know your child better, and gives an opportunity for you to share anything you want me to know.
HW contract (green)	9-6	This is required by me so that the expectations are clear at the beginning.
Behavior Policy Sign off	9-6	It is in the student handbook, last page. We will go over the expectations in class, please review them at home as well.
PE expectations (Green)	9-6
Music expectations (Green)	9-6	Each student needs a folder for music.
Supply fee $10.00	9-6

All Wednesdays throughout the year are early release days for students. School is dismissed at 2:00 pm
