1. Registration
for
WINTER, 2008
begins
January 7, 2008.
Space is limited so please respond early.
You may pre-register by mail or in person.
Make checks payable to NSH/Friends
of Youth—see
class description. By Mail: Send
completed registration form with payment to: The
Neighborhood Schoolhouse
c/o Redmond Elementary School
16800 NE 80th St. , Redmond, WA 98052 In Person: Registrations
with payments may be dropped off at NSH office, room 124 at Redmond
Elementary School during school hours. Pre-registration
is required for all after
school children’s classes. Tuition
is due on or before the first day of class.
No refunds after the first class.
Children participating in NSH after school programs should have a
vested interest in the classes they choose as these are not intended to be
used as child care. |
2. Tuition:
Class
tuition ranges from $5-$40.
Reduced Tuition: Thanks
to the generosity of many individuals and agencies, NSH is able to offer a
limited number of Reduced Tuition Scholarships to low income families who
would otherwise not be able to take a class.
Please check the appropriate box on your registration form.
No additional forms are required.
Full Scholarship: For
those unable to afford the reduced tuition, we offer a limited number of
Full Scholarships. Full
scholarships are awarded based on need and on a first come first serve
basis. You may request one
full scholarship per child per family.
To make arrangements, please contact the NSH Coordinator at
425-702-3409 at least a week before the class begins.
