Accelerated Reader Program  

The Accelerated Reader program has been in schools for more than 25 years and has been very successful in motivating students to read and challenge themselves. Students select a book, read it, and take a comprehension test using the software provided. The more questions they answer correctly, the more points they receive.

Ask your child's teacher for more information on this program. Students may be required to get their teacher's approval before reading a book and being tested on it.
