Calligraphic Line
Types of Line

Calligraphic Line: Ink and brush is the traditional medium for calligraphy where instrument, media, surface and technique all play crucial roles. The technique is related to gesture; the variations of the line encompass the full range from bold to delicate, from thick to thin. Calligraphy has traditionally been thought of as sweepingly graceful but it can also be thought of as emotional.
