5QL Trainer Pay Schedule
Trainers
are paid both for teaching a class and their preparation. The
following is a breakdown of how trainers are paid for first time
classes and future classes.
For three
hour classes
The first time you teach a class you are paid for
2 hours of prep and
3 hours of teaching.
For all future times you teach that class, you are paid for
1 hour of prep and
3 hours of teaching.
For all two
hour classes
The first
time you teach a class you are paid for 1.5
hours of prep and 2 hours of
teaching.
For all future times you teach that class, you are paid for
1 hour of prep and 2
hours of teaching.
Please note
this on your time card and return it to Regina to receive pay
for your time.
